I learned that Mathematicians have been able to notice a pattern. Either an equation is Even or Simply Odd. If Even, on the table you would notice both sides of positive and negative (y) values same from the origin.
While Odd Functions have something totally different. If (x) is negative one sie of the table. Then (x) on the other side would be positive. Both sides will never be able to be both positive or negative. One will be positive while the other will be negative.
Yet both have something common of the two. They deal with all sorts of functions if my assumptions are correct. But what makes them different is how we label if it is Even or Odds. That is what makes these so similar yet so different at the same time.
My only question is how do this subject relate to our subject?
