This episode of the Twilight Zone which was written by Ray Bradbury for importance. This episode dealt with a family who is need of another parent. The father, only single now is trying his best to fulfill the role of raising his three children. When the aunt expresses concern that his way of raising the children is wrong. He expresses concern until the son mentions about a company called, I sing the Body Electric. It was of course in a fiction magazine that he had laying in his room. So the father seeing potential of having a robot raising his kids while he is away. For he does want whats best for them enters the store. To only discover a salesmen telling them that they can create an individual with preference that they want. The choices are in order of presentation: eyes, ears, arms, and then hair. Three of the four sounds interested and so they create the perfect appearance of the grandma. It turns out that daughter does not like the grandmother for a really weird reason. She equated her father passing away as running away. So that feeling then equated to the grandma and that caused problems. She of course ran away and so the grandmother went after with the father after her and the son and daughter after him. When the girl was about to cross a street without looking. A van came and so the grandmother pushed her and sacrificed herself. Per say, in the most horrible presentation of someone getting hit by a car. She made it through and convinced the daughter that she would not die. So through the years of their life they were raised by her. Through the topics of education, languages, mathematics, etc. Towards the end of the film where the children are being sent to college. The grandmother expresses sadness that she must leave and tells them that she will be recycled. Odd idea to work with but nonetheless an interesting episode to watch.
